Bounce House Questions

How do I reserve my rentals?

Please fill out the booking form down below to start your reservation process. Please allow 24 hours for a response. We will let you know if the items you are requesting are available for your event date.

Do I need to pay a deposit to confirm my reservation?

Yes, A 30% non refundable deposit is required upon booking your rentals.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, there is a fee for delivery, but it is dependent on how many rentals you have and the location of delivery. The fee ranges from $50 - $300.

When should I reserve my rentals?

You should make your reservations as early as possible. Rentals are reserved on a first come basis. Deposits are required to hold your reservations.

Are there any rules for the bounce house?

The rules are: no shoes, no food or drinks, no sand, no sharp objects, no silly string, no slime, no confetti, no face paint, and no glitter.

What is the length of rental?

Depending on the date and time of event, we will work with you to deliver/install either the day of or day before your event.

Do you install and tear down tables, chairs and linens?

Installation and tear down are available at an additional charge. The charge depends on the amount of rentals being reserved. The charge ranges from $100 - $500. If you do not opt-in for installation and tear down, the rentals will be dropped off in a central area, and the rentals should be back in that location for pick-up.

What surfaces can I set up the bounce house on?

The bounce house can be set up on grass, turf, concrete, pavers and asphalt. We unfortunately cannot set up on rocks or gravel. You can also set up indoors, but keep the dimensions in mind. All bounce houses are 13 x 13 x 10 Feet.
